Base directory for the default theme CSS files. Only used when themes is true and no custom list is provided.

Emitted as written, and the menu plugin resolves it against the page — so a deck below the output root has to walk up itself. kslides resolves the paths it writes into the document itself; this one it hands to the plugin verbatim, inside the opaque reveal.js options object, so it never sees it as a URL.
